Privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026. This policy covers the Pravas website and waitlist. Pravas has not launched its document-check service yet; we will update this policy before it does.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or send us a question, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and email address
- your WhatsApp number and city, if you give them
- which visa you're interested in, your chosen language, and any message you write
- which page you sent the form from
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice and any half-filled form are saved in your own browser's storage on your device, so they're there when you come back. That information stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you press the button.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Pravas opens for your visa, and to answer your questions or privacy requests. We won't use it for anything else, and we never sell or rent it.
Where it's kept
Your details are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, located in the Oceania region. Cloudflare may process data in other countries to run its network. Only the Pravas team can read the waitlist.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Pravas launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shailforce@gmail.com, or use the form below and choose "Privacy request". We'll reply within 20 working days, as the Act requires. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

When the service opens
The document-check service will handle passports, bank statements and other sensitive documents. Before it opens we'll publish an updated policy covering how documents are stored, who can see them, and automatic deletion 30 days after your check.
Be first when Pravas opens
Join the waitlist. We'll message you when checks open for your visa. No spam, and you can leave any time.
